Willow Weaving

Are you ready to get your hands dirty, learn a traditional craft, and help shape a unique green space? Throughout the upcoming months, we are hosting a series of multi-day willow weaving and volunteering workshops – and we would love for you to join us!

 
Together, we will be working on two main projects:

– Building Willow Fences: Learning the art of weaving sturdy, natural willow fences to gracefully define our location.

– Maintaining Living Art: Pruning, shaping, and caring for our growing, living willow art structures to keep them thriving.

What to Expect

Whether you are a seasoned creator or have never held a pair of pruning shears, you are incredibly welcome. Multiple days, we will guide groups of up to 15 people.

It is a wonderful mix of learning a rewarding craft, working in the open air, and contributing to a beautiful, sustainable environment.
