Project
Entangled Taste : A Sensory Encounter with Forgotten Collaborators
Land
Korea
This project visualizes the invisible yet essential collaborations between human and non-human beings within traditional Korean food practices. Two installations—Kimjang Chronotope and Radish Trace Anemotope—highlight co-creation with microbes and wind. Through multisensory installations and small tastings of kimchi and dried radish, visitors experience fermentation and drying as rituals of taste, memory, and culture that reframe food-making beyond human centrality.
